As promised, we are reaching out to provide you an update on this exciting new Gated Community located in Northeast Mesa at Thomas and Recker Road.

Reserve at Red Rock will have 294 homesites and will offer 3 Collections of Homes ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to over 4,200 square feet. There will be a Resort Clubhouse with a pool, park, sports court and pickleball courts as well as neighborhood parks within the Community.

Our Model homes are under construction as well as the Grand Covered Entry off Thomas Road and we will start building Pre-Designed homes in March. As more information becomes available our Sales Team will be reaching out to assist you with the purchase of a home. We are here to help you in your buying decision and would like to ask you to take a moment to answer a few questions so we can add notes to our files. Sales will take place in phases and will be limited to the homes we have begun building and we want to make sure we have the most current information regarding your interest at the time we release our first homes.
